Our concern for the environment, which we know is shared by beekeepers around the world, has led us to seek eco-friendly solutions. As a result, we use high-quality maritime-grade plywood.

Our Leather

In our bellows, you can find natural leather with its unique feel and excellent durability.

Our synthetic leather bellows offers exceptional quality, with excellent resistance to moisture and cracking. With 1.3 mm thickness, combined with superb abrasion resistance, often surpasses the durability of natural leather bellows. In addition, they feature excellent water-repellent, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. The finish is impressive, thanks to its texture and distinctive appearance.

Our regenerated leather combines the characteristics of synthetic leather with the use of natural leather residues in its composition, giving it a unique feel, exceptional durability, and always with a focus on environmental responsibility.

The finishing edge

We take great care with our finishing edge as it forms the connection between the leather and the wood. We are committed to using carefully selected materials to ensure that the bellows remains airtight and durable, preventing air leaks and guaranteeing that it delivers the right pressure into the smoker body with each squeeze.

To achieve this, we offer highly stable and long-lasting reinforced heat resistant PVC edge. If you prefer a metal trim, we also provide options in aluminum, copper, or brass—all durable, rust-resistant, and adding a unique touch to the bellows.

Premium Extras

If you think the previous options already give your bellows a unique touch, a handcrafted product with the utmost care, you will be  pleasantly surprised by two details that will surely impress you.

We have developed a blowback prevention valve that make the bellows much safer and more efficient to operate, as it ensures that air flows in only one direction: from the bellows into the smoker’s combustion chamber, preventing reverse air flow. This avoids embers, flames, and gases from the combustion chamber returning to the bellows. This system guarantees greater efficiency in the smoker.

Knowing that the smoker is often placed on surfaces that can cause wear and tear to the leather at the base of the bellows, we have added a leather side reinforcement in this area, on both sides. This provides double protection, even when placed on objects that could otherwise puncture it.

As a testament to our confidence in the bellows we offer, we engrave our logo on the wood.
